Services included in participation fee
The following services are included in the ESWC 2015 participation fee:
a. Lunch
Depending on your chosen registration (2 Days Pre Conference and Main Conference, 1 Day Pre Conference and Main Conference, Main Conference) you will get lunch on 3 - 5 days. The lunch buffet will take place at the Main Restaurant and drinks (wine, juice and water) are included.
b. Coffee Breaks
During the ESWC there will be two coffee breaks (morning and an afternoon) every day.
c. Gala Dinner
The Gala Dinner will take place on Wednesday, June 3rd. More detailed information will be provided shortly.
d. Get Together
On Tuesday, June 27nd, a Get Together will take place. Dinner in form of a buffet as well as drinks will be available and are included.

Onsite registration will be open:
Saturday, May 30th: 16:00 – 17:00
Sunday, May 31st: 08:00 – 17:00
Monday, June 1st: 08:00 – 17:00
Tuesday, June 2nd:08:00 – 16:00
Wednesday, June 3rd: 08:00 – 09:00
Thursday, June 4th: 08:00 – 09:00
Help desk will be open from 08:00 – 17:00 Sunday – Thursday.
