a.  Payment
The payment of the registration fee is only accepted via credit card or only for members of the European Union via direct debit (SEPA).

b. Conditions for SEPA-Payment
In case of a charge back the fee has to be backed by the participant.

c.  Cancellation Conditions
Notice of cancellation must be made to youvio, the organizing company of the 11th Extended Semantic Web Conference 2015, by e-mail (hartl@youvivo.com).

Upon cancellation you will be liable to pay a fee to cover the estimate of cost and expenses incurred by youvivo in terms of the schedule set out hereunder. This is expressed as a percentage of the registration fee and is calculated as follows:

- The cancellation of your registration is free of charge until Sunday, April 26th, 2015.

- From Monday, April 27th, 2015 until Wednesday, May 13th, 2015 you will be charged 30% of your registration fee.

- From Thursday, May 14th, 2015 no refund is given, so you will be charged 100% of your registration fee.

d.  Conditions for Booking Changes
During the whole registration time two changes to your original booking are free of charge. For every change beyond these two free changes you will be charged 10€ for each change request.
